Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Asadbek Agent (the "Service"), provided by asadbekragent (sole trader Asadbek Ravshanbekov) ("we", "us"). By creating an account, using the Service or purchasing a subscription you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

1. The Service

Asadbek Agent is a browser-based voice and chat AI assistant. It answers questions in Russian, English and Uzbek, converts speech to text, reads answers aloud, and can open websites and web apps in a new browser tab through user-defined commands. The Service runs inside your browser and does not take control of your operating system, files or devices.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be of legal age in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it. You must provide accurate registration information, keep it up to date, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• break any applicable law or regulation;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate other people;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service — including malware, probing, scanning, automated scraping, or circumventing technical limits or usage quotas;
• generate illegal content, deepfakes of real people, hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, or malicious code;
• attempt to jailbreak, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service or its models.

4. AI content and accuracy

The Service uses generative AI models. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use the outputs, and for verifying anything important before relying on it. The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice. You confirm you hold the necessary rights to any content you submit, and you retain responsibility for it. We may filter, refuse or remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts to enforce these terms. If you believe content generated or hosted through the Service infringes your rights, contact us at support@asadbekaagent.lovable.app and we will review and act on valid complaints; repeated infringement leads to account termination.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, branding and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your selected plan. You keep ownership of the content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Payments, subscriptions and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paid plans are billed as recurring monthly subscriptions and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment, billing, currency, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. 7. Service level

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and third-party AI providers or integrations may be modified or discontinued. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. On termination your conversations and commands are deleted, and you may request an export beforehand by writing to support@asadbekaagent.lovable.app.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the six months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the Service, or breach of these terms.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and disputes are heard by its competent courts.
